Ken Cuccinelli on Obamacare at President’s Club
Speaking last week at The Heritage Foundation’s President’s Club meeting in Washington, Cuccinelli argued both that the mandate is an overreach of federal power and that states like Virginia are right to challenge the law’s constitutionality. It sure would be nice to have an Attorney General as good as this representing the people of California.
